We're looking for a proactive, organised, and service-focused IT Coordinator to join our Governance team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the heart of IT operations, coordinating suppliers, managing equipment and assets, supporting colleagues, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding processes across the organisation.
You'll play a key role in supporting Retail Trust's outsourced IT model by:

Coordinating the setup, issue, return, and decommissioning of laptops, mobile devices, and IT equipment.

Managing IT asset records and ensuring equipment is tracked throughout its lifecycle.

Supporting joiners, movers, and leavers by coordinating access, equipment, and account requests.

Working with our IT partner, Kerv, and other suppliers to track requests, incidents, and service issues.

Providing guidance to colleagues on Microsoft 365 tools and IT processes.

Supporting Cyber Essentials Plus and other compliance activities through accurate record keeping and evidence gathering.

Maintaining user guides, FAQs, onboarding documentation, and process notes.

Identifying recurring issues and recommending practical improvements to IT services and processes.
You'll be someone who:
-
Has experience working within IT support, IT coordination, service management, or a similar role.

Understands Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.

Has experience working with outsourced IT providers or service desks.
-
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
-
Can explain technical information clearly to non-technical colleagues.
-
Enjoys building strong working relationships and providing excellent customer service.
-
Has experience maintaining documentation, asset records, and process information.

Takes a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Desirable qualifications

Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

ITIL v4 or other IT Service Management certification.

Microsoft 365, endpoint management, or other relevant IT certifications.
