Full job description

We are seeking Legal Secretary to join our busy team in Dolgellau. The successful candidate will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners and assist with the efficient progression of conveyancing matters deliver excellent client service.

Role:

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to fee earners including typing and formatting correspondence, legal documents, contracts and forms to firm standards and precedents.
Open and maintain electronic case files, ensuring accurate file naming, clear case notes, key milestone recording
Manage incoming and outgoing post, email and telephone enquiries, responding where appropriate
Schedule appointments, manage diaries and co-ordinate meetings with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties to support timely progression of matters.
Ability to speak Welsh desirable

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills, be highly organised and will have the ability to use your own initiative, work effectively under pressure and possess strong communications skills, as well as an acute eye for detail.

Salary negotiable depending on experience. Flexible roll
