About the role

Are you passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals while making a real difference to their health and wellbeing? Join the National Sports Centre as a Fitness Zone Instructor and use your enthusiasm and expertise to motivate customers every day. From delivering gym inductions and supervised sessions to providing guidance on exercise programmes and safe techniques, you'll help create a positive and supportive fitness experience for a wide range of users.

Make the most of your fitness knowledge, communication skills and passion for customer wellbeing in a role where you can see the impact of your support first hand. Working alongside the Physical Activity and Wellbeing Team, you'll encourage customers to build confidence, develop healthier habits and reach their goals, while gaining exposure to a diverse range of programmes and services across the Fitness Zone and Spa Suite. Every shift offers the opportunity to share your expertise, engage with new people and play an important part in creating a welcoming environment that keeps customers coming back. Apply today!
