As Strategic HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with senior leaders to provide expert HR support and play a key role in workforce planning, organisational development and service improvement.
You'll build strong relationships across your assigned departments, providing advice on talent, engagement, change and people management. You'll also lead a small advisory team, helping deliver a consistent, highquality HR service and supporting the continued development of the Public Service workforce. Working at a strategic level, you'll help drive positive change while contributing to the future direction of HR services across Government.
