Domestic Cleaner
The Clean Solution is looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Domestic Cleaner to join our growing team.
We’re a professional local cleaning company providing high-quality domestic and commercial cleaning services across the Isle of Man. We’re growing quickly and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to become part of the team long-term.
Hours & Pay
- £13.50 per hour
- Up to 20 hours per week initially
- Monday to Friday, daytime hours
- Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
- Opportunity to progress into a senior or managerial role as the company expands
- Potential for increased pay and responsibility for the right person
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a full, valid driving licence (essential)
- Be reliable, punctual and trustworthy
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Take pride in their work and consistently aim for a high standard
- Be able to work independently and manage their own workload
- Have a positive, friendly and professional attitude
- Be comfortable working in clients’ homes
- Have previous cleaning experience (preferred, but not essential as full training will be provided)
Role responsibilities include:
- Carrying out domestic cleaning to a consistently high standard
- Completing regular maintenance cleans and deep cleans
- Following company cleaning procedures and checklists
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Looking after company equipment and supplies
- Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude at all times
