Are you super-organised and passionate about supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)? Do you have the skills to ensure Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) are effectively managed and reviewed? If so, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

As an EHCP Officer, you’ll play an important role in making sure students get the right support to thrive. You'll oversee EHCPs, liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies, and ensure compliance with statutory processes. Your work will make a real difference in shaping students' educational experience and future success. Day-to-day you’ll be…

managing a caseload of EHCPs, ensuring timely reviews and compliance
monitoring student progress and coordinating the right level of support
communicating effectively with staff, parents, and external professionals
attending and contributing to meetings, including SEN interviews
providing additional support within Learning Support as required
