Job Title: Facilities Management Coordinator
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £27,000 - 29,000 per annum
Location: Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Building 174, Old Dairy Road, Beith, North Ayrshire, Scotland, KA15 1JT

We're looking for a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our team at DM Beith. We are looking for an individual who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules .

Role Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE/uniform/stationery orders.

What we're looking for:
Experience in administration or customer service.
Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
