FC5 £29,170.80 to £31,761.26 (pro rata)

Working Pattern: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Job Details

We are looking for a highly skilled Admin Assistant to provide front line administrative support in a Primary School, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. The postholder has specific responsibility for Financial and Devolved School Management issues, responding to changes in IT systems, and supervision and development of Clerical Assistant(s). The post holder is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the school office.

As an Admin Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher or Admin Coordinator.

Qualification, Registration and Skill Requirements

Educated to SCQF Level 7, which includes HNC or Advanced Highers or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or relevant experience.

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
