Full job description

Bellamianta Luxury Tanning is seeking a driven and creative CEO Support and Content Creator.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide proactive day-to-day support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence and administrative tasks.
Act as a professional point of contact and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Create, coordinate and manage engaging content across relevant digital and social media platforms.
Develop content ideas, captions, written materials, photography and video content in line with the company’s brand and objectives.
Support the CEO’s personal and professional brand through the creation and coordination of high-quality content.
Assist with marketing campaigns, events, announcements and other promotional activities.
Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information relating to the CEO and business.
Accompany CEO to various events.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)
Experience in campaign planning and performance tracking
Creative thinker with strong content and copywriting skills
Ability to work independently
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is an advantage
A qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable
