Sales & Customer Service Advisor for growing eCommerce Business

About the role
We are looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused B2B Sales Support & Customer Service Advisor to join our growing eco-friendly products business in Stirling.
This varied role combines customer service for B2C and B2B within the business, focussing mainly on B2B sales support and administration. You will help customers from their initial enquiry and quotation through to order completion and after-sales support.
You will be particularly responsible for managing bulk and corporate order enquiries, building positive customer relationships and following up potential sales opportunities in the UK.
As part of a small business, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the role, contribute ideas and support the company’s continued growth.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email promptly and professionally.
- Process & manage incoming bulk order requests, including replies, quotations, follow ups and organising orders with the fulfilment team.
- Managing B2C Customer service- warranties and returns
- Liaise with sales team and SMT in Australia as required.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Understand each customer’s requirements and recommend suitable products and personalisation options.
- Liaise with the operation & fulfilment team to ensure orders are accurate and completed on time.
- Maintain clear customer and sales records.
- Follow up previous enquiries and identify appropriate sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Provide after-sales support and help build long-term customer relationships.
- Complete general customer service and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Assist the pick-and-pack fulfilment team during busy periods when required.
- Report to the founders on agreed B2B sales and customer service performance measures.

Experience and skills
- Good computer and email skills are essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Previous customer service, sales or administrative experience is preferred but not essential.
- Experience supporting B2B or corporate customers would be beneficial.
- Knowledge of ecommerce systems specifically Shopify would be helpful, although full training will be provided.
- Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop experience would be an advantage but is not required.

Location requirements
This is an in-person position based at our premises in Stirling. Applicants must be able to commute reliably to Stirling for their agreed working hours.
