Full-Time Experienced Optical Dispenser – Concept Eye Clinic, Durham

Salary: From £25,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location: Durham

Job Type: Full-time

Concept Eye Clinic is an independent, patient-focused optical practice committed to providing exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service. We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, professional environment where both our patients and team members are valued.

We are looking for an experienced Optical Dispenser to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoys working in a modern independent practice.

Key Responsibilities

Advising patients on spectacle frames and lenses to meet their visual and lifestyle needs.
Dispensing and fitting spectacles to a high professional standard.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the patient journey.
Adjusting, repairing and maintaining eyewear.
Assisting with frame styling and product selection.
Supporting the clinical team and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as an Optical Dispenser is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A friendly, professional and patient-focused approach.
Strong attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
