Full job description

Administration Assistant

Contract length: Fixed-term 12‑month maternity cover, with scope for a permanent position.

Hours: 25 hours per week

Salary: £27,000 (pro-rata)

Location: Remote

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join the team on a part-time, home-based basis. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering 25 hours per week across a varied and meaningful workload. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to our senior managers, helping ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients receive an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR data entry and running security checks on new and prospective staff
Booking travel and accommodation for the team as required
Sending out client action plans accurately and in a timely manner
General data entry and maintaining the integrity of company records
Keeping internal systems and databases up to date
Providing broad administrative support to PII senior managers

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
Strong attention to detail and high standards of data accuracy
Confident using standard office and database systems
Good written communication skills with a professional manner
Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
Comfortable working independently in a home-based environment
Discretion when handling confidential HR and client information
