We currently have vacancies for 7.5 tonne Delivery Drivers to supply Aberdeenshire from our Mark Murphy Aberdeen site. This role is for 42 hours per week Monday to Friday, every second Saturday and starting between 3am - 5am. Hours includes daily half hour unpaid breaks.
Job Description:
The job involves making multidrop fresh produce deliveries to our customers across our delivery areas and often direct interaction with our clients. You will be fully trained and introduced to customers by an experienced driver. You will be paired with an experienced driver as part of the training process, before you are ready to go out on your own. By the very nature of the job heavy lifting is involved. You will be the face of the company so a friendly and professional demeanour, smart appearance and positive attitude will be required. Early starts are required every shift.

Job Requirements:
· To check your vehicle daily for defects paying due care and attention to this process.
· To load your vehicle diligently, checking every item on against the paperwork provided.
· To unload your vehicle at customers premises, checking each item and handling with upmost care.
· Pre chill the vehicle to the required standards.
· Ensure the vehicle load compartment is maintained in a hygienic condition and associated records are kept up to date.
· Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
· To communicate effectively with co-workers and customers, flagging and dealing with potential problems as and when they occur.
Licence/Certification:
- Driving License
- Driver CPC (required)
- Driver Digital Card
