Robert Gordon’s College is an HMC independent co-educational day school and nursery in the heart of Aberdeen with around 1300 pupils aged 3-18 and a team of over 400 staff members. The College has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to join our team on a full-time, term-time+2 (39 weeks) basis. The candidate will work directly for the Head of College, providing confidential support, liaising with key stakeholders, such as the Board of Governors, the Senior Leadership Team and parents, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The successful candidate will have the ability to undertake their work autonomously, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise as part of their daily work. The ability to respect and maintain confidentiality and to store sensitive information correctly is essential in this role, as well as working proactively with all stakeholders.
The successful candidate must be able to relate well and interact comfortably with pupils, colleagues and visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Communication with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 5 years EA experience;

Proficient in the use of Microsoft/Google suite;

Detail-focused;
