Make a Difference for Children and Young People

Are you an experienced SEND professional who is passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people?

We are looking for a skilled and committed person with strong SEND knowledge to help deliver high-quality, person-centred support for children, young people and their families.

About the role

You will use your understanding of SEND legislation, Education, Health and Care Plan processes and inclusive practice to support clear, timely and effective decision-making. Working with families, schools, settings and partners, you will help ensure children receive the right support at the right time.

We are looking for someone who has:

experience in SEND, education, children’s services or a related field
knowledge of EHCP processes and statutory SEND responsibilities
strong communication and partnership-working skills
the ability to analyse information, manage priorities and make sound recommendations
a commitment to inclusive, fair and child-centred practice

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
