We are a leading HVAC provider with over 50 years experience in the industry employing over 4000 people across the UK. Our services including Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical and Electrical Services, working with a wide range of clients which include the Healthcare sector, Leisure, Warehouses, Distribution centres, Government, Transport and Retail.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Industrial Refrigeration Supervisor to lead and support a team of engineers while ensuring high standards of service delivery across our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of industrial refrigeration engineers across multiple sites
- Plan, allocate, and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
- Provide technical guidance and assistance on complex faults and major breakdowns
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Conduct site visits, audits, and quality checks to maintain high service standards
- Liaise with clients, providing updates and maintaining strong working relationships
- Assist with training, mentoring, and development of junior engineers
- Manage paperwork, reports, and compliance documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in the on-call rota and provide escalation support when required
Qualifications required:
- FGAS Cat 1 or NVQ level 2/3 refrigeration and air conditioning
- Ammonia (NH3)
Over time rates
Monday to Friday:
All hours worked between 17:30pm and 00:00am will be paid at time and a half.All hours worked between 00:00am and 08:30am will be paid at double time
Saturday:
All hours worked between 08:30am and 12:00pm will be paid at time and a halfAll hours worked between 12:00pm and 00:00am will be paid at double time.
Sunday and Bank Holidays:
All hours worked will be paid at double time
