Hello Beauty is a premium hair, makeup and nail salon and we are looking for a talented self-employed hairdresser or stylist to grow their own client base from our chair.
This is a self-employed opportunity, not a job with a fixed wage. If you are a skilled stylist who wants the freedom of working for yourself, with the brand, bookings and beautiful surroundings of an established salon behind you, this could be a brilliant fit.
How it works
We provide the salon, the brand, the marketing and the bookings; you bring your skill and your clients. You keep a share of your takings, and the other share is our services and facilities fee, which covers everything below. There is no chair rental on top.
- Full control of your calendar. Work mornings, afternoons, evenings or block days off, exactly as you choose. No set shifts and no minimum number of days.
- Full support. We will promote you and keep your calendar busy with salon bookings, and we actively encourage you to bring and grow your own following.
What we provide
- A station in a stunning salon, with your own keys and access seven days a week
- Premium professional products to work with (we use brands such as Davines, Keune and more)
- Marketing, social media and professional photography of your work
- Your listing and bookings managed across our website, and major marketplaces
- Reception, client admin and payment collection, so you can focus on your craft
- Twice-monthly payments and clear statements
What you'll be doing
Cutting, restyling, colouring, balayage and highlights, smoothing and treatment services, blow-dries and styling, all to the high standard our clients expect, in your own style and at your own pace.
What we're looking for
- A qualified hairdresser / stylist with solid salon experience
- Confident across cutting, colouring and styling (a specialism such as balayage or colour is a real plus)
- Ideally bringing an existing client following, or the drive to build one
- Registered as self-employed, with your own public liability and professional indemnity insurance (or ready to arrange it)
- Warm, professional and a pleasure for clients and fellow stylists to be around
