Overview

Energize your career as a Public Relations Officer, where you will be the dynamic voice and strategic storyteller for our organization. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help us build a strong reputation, engage our community, and support our organizational goals with enthusiasm and clarity.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a positive public image for the company.

Build and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Coordinate communication between customers and the service or sales departments.

Prepare and distribute press releases, announcements, and company updates.

Manage the company's reputation across traditional and digital media platforms.

Organize promotional campaigns, vehicle launch events, and customer appreciation programs.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Coordinate marketing and public relations activities with the sales and service teams.

Create engaging content for the company's website, social media, and promotional materials.

Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Handle media inquiries and arrange interviews or public appearances for company representatives.

Build partnerships with local businesses, insurance companies, and automotive organizations.

Promote special offers, repair packages, financing options, and vehicle sales campaigns.

Experience

Proven experience in public relations or communications roles, demonstrating successful media engagement and brand promotion.
Strong understanding of media landscapes, including digital platforms, social media management, and traditional outlets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
Ability to develop creative content that captures attention and enhances organizational visibility.
Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Knowledge of crisis management principles and techniques is preferred.
