Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £32,037 - £37480 depending on experience, enhanced by a bonus scheme
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 4 days on 4 off.

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Team Leader to join our thriving Rapid Response team, where you will play a key role in driving our continued success.

Our Rapid Response team provide comprehensive 24/7 telephone support service to those in need of urgent assistance. We work closely with Highways England and a number of police forces across the UK. Each call is unique, and the type of support provided is entirely dependent upon the specific requirements of each incident.

As a Team Leader, you will effectively lead, manage and develop a team of claim handlers to provide the highest standard of customer service, ensuring that each incident is handed in a professional and timely manner. You will have a strong focus on our operational targets and performance improvement.

You’re a proven people manager (ideally from a motor insurance/contact centre background) with strong communication and leading skills.
You have a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a busy environment.
You have an engaging personality with excellent communication and proven management skills.
You excel in your ability to get the best out of your team members, through strong hands-on coaching and performance management.
You’re highly customer and delivery focused, you thrive on working in a target driven environment where performance and innovation are constantly being pursued.
You possess a well-developed sense of financial awareness, you are someone who can see the bigger picture and work closely with peers and line managers to ensure delivery against SLA’s and targets.
