12 hours, flexibility is needed.

Additional hours over holiday periods may be required.

Must be able to work every weekend, either Saturday or Sunday

We are seeking a person who is passionate about high quality food and is customer service focused. Who can work efficiently in a high paced environment. Must be confident, able to use your initiative and self motivated. We expect the best customer service to be offered to our customers at all times. Cleaning to a high standard essential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible of sales and clean down..

General Duties are:

Offering excellent customer service at all times. Developing an in depth knowledge of our products and being able to confidently sell to our customers.
Setting up the shop and ensuring all our products are presented well and correctly labelled.
Operating Till system efficiently. Being technically minded is a must as we are now a cashless business and only take card payments.
Working as a team to ensure the bakery is clean. Including washing up. Cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors.
Closing of shop and ensuring all tasks are completed.

Initially the right candidate will be offered a probation period of 3 months. A permanent contract will be offered after successful completion of probation. Please note this role requires weekday flexibility.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
