Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Executive specializing in social media and digital marketing to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic online campaigns, compelling content creation, and effective management of digital platforms. Your energetic approach will help elevate our marketing efforts, connect with target audiences, and support our overall business growth. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible impact.

Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms to boost brand visibility and audience engagement.
Manage daily content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop and WordPress.
Analyze campaign performance with Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare detailed reports to inform future strategies.
Coordinate email marketing campaigns, including content development, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
Lead social media management efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring online conversations.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and other IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content
Excellent communication skills in English;
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
Organisational skills that ensure meticulous record keeping of all marketing activities and results.
Time management skills that enable prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
