About the role…

As an HGV Driver & Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving drainage systems, ensuring the efficient operation of essential services for our communities.
This is a full-time permanent role based from our Leicester office with the opportunity to grow and develop your career. We also offer a performance bonus scheme to enhance your earning potential.
As a HGV Driver & Operator you will…
- Operating HGV jetting units to carry out drainage cleaning and maintenance.
- Responding to emergency call-outs and planned maintenance schedules.
- Conducting CCTV surveys to assess drainage conditions.
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to report findings and recommend solutions.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Performing routine checks and basic maintenance on equipment.
About you…
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- High-pressure water jetting certification.
- Confined space entry certification.
- Experience in drainage maintenance and jetting operations.
- Familiarity with CCTV drainage survey equipment and software.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in utility operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekend
