Kitchen Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the level of the role and experience of the successful candidate. Duties include preparing and cooking high-quality food, maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards, supporting stock control and food preparation, keeping the kitchen clean and organised, and working effectively as part of a busy team. Senior roles will involve supervising staff, managing kitchen operations, and supporting menu planning and development.
