Join our dynamic team as a Golf Operations Manager and lead the seamless delivery of exceptional golf experiences! In this vibrant role, you will oversee daily course operations, coordinate guest services, and ensure the highest standards of hospitality and management are met. Duties

Manage daily golf course operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to ensure smooth service delivery.
Lead and motivate a team of staff members, including starters, marshals, and hospitality personnel, to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Oversee guest services by ensuring timely tee times, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining high standards of hospitality.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to uphold course conditions that meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Implement operational procedures that enhance efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction across all areas of the facility.
Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

Proven management experience in a hospitality or recreation setting, preferably within a golf or sports environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent guest service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of golf operations, course maintenance practices, and safety standards is highly desirable.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and operational planning.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed to support peak times.
A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests alike.
