Full job description

Our expanding New Homes Department in Exeter is looking for a motivated and organised full-time New Homes Sales Assistant to support our busy and dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced property environment, assisting with the marketing and administration of new homes developments across the South West.

This is a varied and rewarding role that will involve supporting the day-to-day running of the department, coordinating marketing activity, assisting with property sales administration, and liaising with clients, developers, and third-party suppliers throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities will include:

Creating and maintaining new homes property listings
Processing invoices and administrative documentation
Booking photographers and coordinating third-party services
Completing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks
Coordinating new homes marketing campaigns, including newspapers, billboards, leaflets, posters, window cards, printing, and social media content
Updating development web pages and liaising with the Marketing Department regarding information and links
Organising and scheduling LinkedIn posts
Tracking new homes viewings and following up on leads and enquiries
Assisting with the preparation of sales particulars and advertising materials

The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational and time-management skills, be confident using computer systems, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A proactive approach, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in property and marketing are essential.
