Key Responsibilities- Inspiring first impressions – Welcome customers into the showroom with a tailored tour that sparks imagination and sets the tone for a premium design experience.
- Owning the sales journey – Generate, nurture, and follow up on leads to maximise every opportunity and achieve outstanding results.
- Consultative design meetings – Conduct in-depth briefings to truly understand each client’s lifestyle, aspirations, and practical needs.
- Creative design solutions – Develop inspirational, functional designs using advanced CAD and immersive VR tools.
- Presentation & closing – Deliver compelling proposals that excite clients and confidently guide them to making decisions.
- Project management – Stay at the client’s side from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery and customer delight.
