We are hiring Site Engineer (Civil Engineering / Construction / Heavy Equipment/Lifting Operations)
Location : Trawsfynydd
- Hands-on site leader responsible for coordinating high-profile, complex construction activities with an emphasis on strict compliance, quality, and precision.
- Direct experience managing high-risk site activities including working at height, temporary works, heavy lifting operations, and demolition.
- CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) or NEBOSH Construction Certificate, with strong practical Construction Design Management (CDM) experience.
- Reading and approving safety documents and step-by-step working plans before anyone starts a dangerous task.
- Making sure workers follow safety rules, wear the right gear, and use the right equipment so no one gets hurt.
- Helping the team adjust when plans change or high-stress situations pop up on fast-paced projects.
- HNC, NVQ Level 5, or equivalent technical qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
