Full job description

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Parts & Service advisor, working for a family run business, as part of a happy and friendly team.

This job is based at our Subaru, Isuzu & GWM dealership in Kirriemuir and the successful applicant will be working over many different areas of the business.

The successful applicant will be a general all-round business ambassador and team player!

A snapshot of what the job entails:

First point of contact within the business when answering the telephone
Responding to e-mail enquires and enquiries through our DMS portal
Assisting the Service, Parts, and Vehicle Rental teams where required
Moving vehicles in and around our premises, also collect and deliver vehicles
Local parts deliveries when required
Working closely with workshop team to achieve goals
Accurate communication between workshop & parts team.
Meeting and greeting customers, with a cheerful and welcoming manner
Dealing with customers, listening to their queries and handling accordingly
Estimating vehicle repair costs within the workshop and contacting customers
Keeping high cleanliness and tidiness of reception areas, as per dealer standards
General franchise documentation processing
Scheduling appointments
