Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team and ensure a pristine, welcoming environment for our guests and staff. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across our facilities. Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and public spaces according to established standards.
Change linens, make beds, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels to ensure guest comfort.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust surfaces, and sanitize bathrooms to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting replenishments as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Skills

Prior experience in hotel or hospitality cleaning roles is desirable but not essential.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.
