Job Responsibilities include the following:
* Window cleaning with a reach and wash system
* Gutter cleaning.
* Carpet and Upholstery cleaning.
* Power washing & soft washing.
* Solar Panel cleaning.
Training will be provided in all aspects of the works and may include cherry pickers, boom lifts, scissor lifts and rope access.
Requirements:
* Applicants must be fit and able as the work is physically demanding.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
* Highly responsible and reliable.
* Ability to work cohesively as part of a team or individually.
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary will depend upon age and experience, starting at £26,000 per annum.
* Regular pay reviews.
* Productivity and overtime bonus when trained.
* Fully equipped van provided.
