Cookline Operative – Join the Team Behind Rustlers

Permanent Night Shift (22:00-06:00)

Starting on £13.86 per hour, increasing to £14.57 when part-trained and £15.40 when fully trained.

**Night Shift Bonus of £16 per night.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cookline Production Operative, you’ll be right at the heart of the action:

Getting hands-on with preparing raw materials and keeping the production line fed and happy
Staying physically active – you’ll need to be comfortable lifting up to 30kg as part of your daily routine
Switching seamlessly between teamwork and going solo to keep the daily plan on track - from setting up the line to carrying out essential checks
Hygiene clean downs take place twice weekly using industrial equipment. The role is physically demanding and involves working with raw products and in a warm environment, so a hands-on approach is essential.
Playing your part in a great team where everyone pulls together to get it right first time
Keeping quality sky-high and safety front of mind – we’re proud to hold a quality BRC AA* rating for food safety and quality, and we intend to keep it that way
Bringing a positive, can-do attitude - energy and enthusiasm go a long way here
Using a keen eye for detail (because the little things really do matter)
Taking Health & Safety seriously - no shortcuts
Staying flexible and ready to roll with the needs of the business (no two days are quite the same!)
