Landscaping Subcontractor/labourer – Lincolnshire
Reshape Landscaping is looking for reliable day workers to call on when our schedule demands it. This isn't a full-time role - it's ideal for landscapers or groundworkers who have their own business but want to fill quieter periods with steady, paid days rather than sitting idle.
Work is offered on a day-by-day (or per job) basis across Lincolnshire. You'll be given a clear scope of work and left to get on with it. We don't micromanage - we expect you to turn up, crack on, and leave the site clean.
The work
- Labouring on landscaping sites, groundworks, base prep, clearing, materials handling
- Assisting with or completing tasks such as turfing, fencing, digging, levelling, decking, paving, etc. - all aspects of landscaping
- Working independently on site with tasks briefed in advance
- Keeping sites safe, tidy, and organised throughout the day
Who this suits

What we need from you
- Own van - you'll be travelling to sites across Lincolnshire
- Own tools, etc
- Physically fit and used to a full day of manual work outdoors
- Reliable - if something comes up, tell us in advance
What you get
- Competitive day rate: £150–£300 depending on what's involved
- School hours only - you'll be home at a reasonable time (flexible)
