The SAP Operate Senior Manager will lead efforts enabled market activities and drive alignment between the SAP (SAP practice and EP (ETP) Operate globally, Cyber, T&L, as well as the E&A SAP team) and operate to advance the joint growth strategy.
Responsibilities:

Define and enhance SAP Operate strategy and priorities
-
Partner with Global SAP Alliance team to execute and amplify identified SAP Operate plays as well as define new plays (e.g., cross-business, industry, or AIO plays)
-
Support SAP Operate Champion (PPMD) in driving growth strategy and interfacing with global and local teams (mainly SAP and Operate)
-
Participate in Operate Alliance/TR Champion community and maintain close working relationships with members
-
Serve as central point of connection, drive momentum, track interaction and provide support for joint efforts between Operate team members (Global and MF) and SAP Alliance team (Global and MF) in areas such as marketing, sales/pricing/contracting support, and reporting

Increase Operates awareness and adoption among SAP Alliance team via building key relationships, designing and managing communications and learning plans

Drive and track ongoing critical actions for SAP Operate plus special projects that support the business needs of SAP Operate
Connect to your skills and professional experience
- Proven experience in professional/client services capacity, emphasizing development/management skills: strategy development, project management, ecosystems and alliances, client management

Experience with the SAP Alliance and Operate or equivalent

Strong strategic and critical thinking skills to identify interdependencies between issues, data, and outcomes; clear understanding of how moving pieces come together to build the big picture

Strong project management and time management skills; ability to work independently under pressure, and on multiple assignments while maintaining top quality deliverables

Ability to prepare executive ready materials that “tell-the-story” succinctly and logically; ability to flex the communication and messaging to the audience and context
-
Strong research and analytical skills: ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and integrate into meaningful reports and recommendations

Mastery of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong attention to detail and best in class deliverables

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Capable of building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple business areas, functions, and geographies

Comfortable with creating reasonable structure to meet the objectives of the task at hand in ambiguous environment often with limited information

Ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a fast-paced, intense, results-oriented environment

High degree of endurance, responsiveness, and flexibility to work through multiple iterations of work and quickly adapt to constantly varying priorities and subject matter
