Team Collaboration & Development

Partner with store management and team members to achieve daily key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
Participate in paid initial training, product knowledge workshops, and daily shift briefings.
Support floor colleagues during peak trading hours to maintain low wait times and smooth operational flow.
Contribute positively to an inclusive, productive, and energetic workplace culture.
