Weatherface is expanding, and we're looking for enthusiastic, confident and motivated Lead Generators to join our growing team.

The Role
As a Lead Generator, you'll be contacting homeowners throughout Scotland to introduce our range of home improvement services and current promotional offers. Your goal is to identify interested customers and arrange free, no-obligation home surveys with one of our experienced surveyors.
You'll be speaking to customers about products including:
- Roughcasting & Exterior Wall Coatings
- Roof Replacements
- Roof Coating Systems
- Driveways
- Fitted Kitchens
No hard selling is involved – your role is simply to create interest, answer basic questions and book appointments for our sales team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound calls to homeowners across Scotland.
- Introducing our products and current promotions.
- Building rapport and engaging customers in conversation.
- Qualifying potential customers.
- Booking appointments into our surveyors' diaries.
- Accurately updating our CRM system.
- Working towards achievable daily and weekly targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.

- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in telesales, lead generation or appointment setting is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
