Full job description

Kitchen Team Leader – Sweet Success

Leading a small catering team within our kitchen in central Gloucester.

Duties to include;

· Completion of daily due diligence paperwork

· Placing orders with suppliers

· Daily and weekly planning of prep levels, organising the team to ensure orders are completed and sent out in a timely manner

· Working with the team in the production kitchen – preparing sandwiches, wraps, baguettes, salads and baking cakes.

· Preparation of buffets - including sandwich, cake and fruit platters

. Maintaining standards and ensuring high levels of cleanliness

Hours: Monday – Friday – shift usually between 7am – 3pm (approx 35-40hrs per week). Very occasional weekend work during busy weeks. Must be flexible to work within these timeframes.

Driving licence would be beneficial due to occasional delivering requirements throughout the week.
