Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles and lengths
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Educate clients on eyelash care and aftercare instructions to prolong the longevity of treatments
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash styling and application
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and organisation throughout the day
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client queries professionally
Experience
- Proven experience in makeup application, specifically eyelash extensions or similar beauty treatments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Prior experience working in a beauty or cosmetic setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work flexibly, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail at all times
