*Job Title:* Experienced Tiler — Residential Refurbishment Project

*About the role*
We're carrying out a full residential conversion and need a skilled, reliable tiler to deliver high-quality finishes across kitchens, bathrooms, and wet areas. This is hands-on work on a premium refurbishment where finish quality matters.
*What you'll be doing*
- Wall and floor tiling across multiple units
- Preparing and waterproofing surfaces (tanking) in wet areas
- Cutting, laying, grouting, and sealing to a high standard
- Working to agreed schedules and finish specifications
*What we're looking for*
- Proven experience in domestic tiling
- Own tools and transport
- Attention to detail and pride in a clean finish
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work to deadlines
- References or examples of previous work
