Junior Office Administrator

Location: Chertsey, Surrey
Salary: Up to £30,100 per year starting at £25,000 (with £1,275 quarterly increments during your first year)
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Experience: Must have UK office experience
Note: No Visa/Sponsorship or relocation available. Applicants must currently reside in the UK.

With 14-years of experience serving London and the home counties, we are proud to provide our clients with comprehensive irrigation services that include design, installation, and maintenance. As our company grows, we are looking for a Junior to intermediate Office Administrator to join our vibrant office team in Chertsey.

This is more than just an entry-level role — we are committed to your growth. We want to help you become a leading member of our office administration team within your first year. You'll receive quarterly salary increments of and a structured pathway to becoming a key figure in our administrative department, if the development is achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

This role has a clearly structured progression path, divided into four phases to ensure you are continuously learning, growing, and moving forward in your career:

Phase 1: Up to 3 Months

Support the Operations Manager and Managing Director with administrative tasks.
Organize accommodation for our MD and engineers.
Be the first point of contact: manage day-to-day phone calls, emails, inquiries, and deliveries.
Ensure personnel documents are up to date and assist with reception duties.
Learn our Flightdeck CRM package.

Phase 2: From 3-6 Months

Liaise with contractors to ensure office maintenance is managed efficiently.
Index and file documents accurately.
Monitor Congestion & ULEZ payments.
Organize utilities and record staff holidays.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as required.

Phase 3: From 6-9 Months

Email invoices to clients.
Assist with the organization of Annual Service Contracts (full training provided).
Continue expanding your understanding of our Flightdeck CRM package.

Phase 4: Up to One Year

Manage application for payment invoicing and portal invoicing.
Become fully proficient in using the Flightdeck CRM system.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of our office. The ideal candidate would have:

Experience in an office administration or accounting environment.
A Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration (preferred but not essential).
Excellent telephone manner: polite, articulate, and professional.
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills.
The ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of discretion and trustworthiness.
Ideally, you live within a reasonable commute of our office in Chertsey.
