Customer Service Representative (Sales & Marketing Environment)

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This role is based within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment, where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient customer service during face-to-face customer interactions.
Represent our clients positively while promoting their products and services.
Respond to customer questions, provide accurate information, and assist customers in making informed decisions.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication and service.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
Accurately record customer interactions and maintain company records in line with internal procedures.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve individual and team objectives.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance procedures at all times.
Assist with administrative and customer support tasks as required.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
