About the Role
As a Spa Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our spa environment remains pristine, welcoming, and fully prepared throughout the day. Working closely with our therapists and reception team, you will help create a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
This hands-on position is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a guest-focused environment, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
What You Will Do
Maintain the cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of all spa facilities, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, changing rooms, and public areas.
Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards before and after guest appointments.
Ensure all spa amenities, supplies, towels, robes, slippers, and guest products are replenished throughout the day.
Monitor spa facilities and proactively address any presentation or cleanliness concerns.
Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests and assist with directions and general enquiries.
Support therapists and the Spa Reception team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with laundry management and stock control within the spa.
Ensure all health, safety, hygiene, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
Contribute to creating a luxury spa environment that exceeds guest expectations.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within a luxury hotel, spa, leisure, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service.
Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
A positive, proactive, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts as required.
A willingness to learn and develop within a luxury hospitality environment.
