Flower Lounge, an established florist based in Hartlepool, is seeking an experienced Florist to join our team on a part-time basis.
We are dedicated to delivering high quality floral arrangements for a wide range of occasions and require a candidate with proven experience, creativity, and professionalism.
Flexible working days will be required. Weekly hours to be discussed at interview stage.
Requirements:
- To have a good standard of both written and verbal English.
- Minimum of 2 Years professional floristry experience (essential).
- Skilled in creating floral arrangements including hand-tied bouquet, wedding work, and funeral arrangement.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Able to problem solve and be involved with the day to day running of the shop.
- Reliable, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Producing floral arrangements to a high standard for various occasions.
- Preparing and maintaining flowers and displays.
- Managing funeral and wedding orders .
- Assisting customers with enquiries and orders both in-store and by phone.
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the shop.
Only experienced florists will be considered.
