<p><strong>Equans is looking for a Digital Manager to join our team in Hatfield. This is a full-time role. On offer is a salary of £55,000- £65,000 depending on skills and experience and benefits package.</strong></p> <p><strong>This role involves travelling to sites across London and Southeast therefor a driving license is required. </strong></p> <p>The Digital Manager is responsible for managing the team responsible for project documentation across multiple construction projects. This includes overseeing the implementation and compliance auditing of document control processes, ensuring processes and controls are applied consistently across all projects, developing and implementing training materials, and mentoring junior document controllers. The role ensures the consistency, integrity, accessibility, and traceability of controlled documents while supporting design, commercial, and delivery teams to meet client and compliance requirements.</p> <p><strong><u>What will you deliver?</u></strong></p> <p>• Manage a team of document controllers</p> <p>• Lead document control processes across multiple complex projects or programmes.</p> <p>• Ensure consistent compliance with document management protocols, GDPR, ISO standards, and client contract requirements.</p> <p>• Manage and administer EDMS platforms such as Viewpoint for Projects (4Projects), ensuring correct usage and access control.</p> <p>• Define project information standards, methods, and procedures, ensuring adherence to ISO 19650 or PAS 1192 standards.</p> <p>• Ensure integration of Golden Thread supporting information (eg.
