Full job description

We’re looking for a highly motivated candidate to join our team as a Lettings Consultant to work in our hub of branches in Kingsbury Hub

Andrews Property Group is a unique estate agent in the UK owned by a charitable trust, we have donated over £10m in agency profits to charities and social enterprises around the world! We are different because we create an exceptional business with an ethical approach at its core!

The role & the skillset required:

The main purpose of the role is to conduct property viewings, negotiate agreements, agree on lets and progress let’s through to exchange and completion.

Identifying and maximizing business opportunities
Carrying out Lettings and Listings
Booking property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face-to-face
Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
Giving directives to the lettings team to lead them to branch targets
Negotiating and agreeing on tenancies
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships with local property owners

The Candidate

Previous lettings experience would be desirable but not a must
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
You will have solid IT skills
Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
You will be target-driven and ambitious.
Excellent organization skills and punctuality are paramount.
