Are you passionate about property, enjoy meeting people and thrive in a target-driven sales environment? Signature North East is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Valuation Manager to join our growing team.

As one of the North East's leading independent estate agencies, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their career with a forward-thinking and supportive business.

Previous valuation experience is preferred but not essential. We are happy to provide training to the right candidate. However, applicants must have previous experience within a sales environment and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

The Role

As a Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out property valuations, winning new instructions and providing honest, professional advice to homeowners across the North East. You'll work closely with our experienced sales team to ensure every client receives an exceptional level of service from valuation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct residential property valuations and market appraisals.
Build strong relationships with prospective vendors and purchasers.
Win new property instructions and achieve agreed targets.
Provide accurate advice on property pricing and current market conditions.
Keep up to date with local property market trends.
Work collaboratively with the wider sales team to maximise opportunities.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client journey.
Identify and create new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within a sales environment (essential).
Previous estate agency or valuation experience (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Confident, professional and personable approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Organised with excellent time management skills.
Target-driven with a desire to succeed.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
