Job Introduction

Job title: Registered Manager (Internal job title: Operations Manager)
Location: Argyll and Bute, West of Scotland
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £49,142.17
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Transport requirements: Full UK driving licence and access to a car/vehicle.
Qualifications: At least SCQF Level 9 health and social care and Level 10 leadership and management, or a Registered Managers Award - or working towards

As the Registered Manager, you will be working closely with the Divisional Director, support teams, and local authorities, to shape and grow our locations across the west of Scotland. Join us and play a key role in supporting people to live their lives their way.

Participate in the on-call rota as the Registered Manager across your services
Build and maintain strong relationships with people we support, families, colleagues, commissioners, and professional partners
