Responsibilities

Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for all parties involved
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing property listings, updating records, and coordinating appointments

Support multilingual clients by providing clear communication and tailored assistance in their preferred language

Skills

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to handle multiple clients and listings efficiently
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain processes, negotiate deals, and build rapport with diverse audiences
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broad range of clients effectively
Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and follow-up activities seamlessly
Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets
Knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions is a plus but not mandatory
