Luxury Jewellery Retail Supervisor

We're looking for an enthusiastic, confident and customer-focused Luxury Jewellery Retail Supervisor to become a key part of our showroom team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, inspiring colleagues and delivering the outstanding level of service expected from one of Norfolk's most respected independent jewellers.

As Luxury Jewellery Retail Supervisor, you'll be a visible leader on the showroom floor, helping to create an elegant, welcoming environment where customers receive knowledgeable advice, personal attention and an unforgettable experience.

Your Responsibilities

Lead by example, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience.
Inspire, coach and support the sales team to achieve the highest standards of service and professionalism.
Build lasting relationships with customers through expert advice and personalised recommendations.
Guide customers through engagement & wedding ring appointments, bespoke jewellery consultations, remodelling projects and jewellery repairs.
Support the achievement of individual and showroom sales targets through proactive selling and customer engagement.
Maintain outstanding showroom presentation, visual merchandising and luxury retail standards.
Manage customer follow-up, quotations, repairs and special orders with exceptional attention to detail.
Support stock management, administration and day-to-day showroom operations.
Ensure company procedures, security and health & safety standards are always maintained.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in luxury retail or another premium customer-focused environment.
Supervisory or senior sales experience with responsibility for supporting a team.
A proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
A passion for luxury products, craftsmanship and fine jewellery.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Commercial awareness with confidence in working towards sales targets.
A positive, professional attitude and a genuine desire to inspire others.
