Key Responsibilities

Analyse deal information to determine the right lender fit for each transaction
Prepare and submit deal packages to lenders' Credit Committees, and manage feedback and revised terms flowing back to the client
Liaise directly with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and other third parties to make sure everyone is delivering on time, the deal stays on track to complete and manage KYC and account opening processes
Support negotiation of loan terms with lenders where needed
Keep deal records accurate and up to date in HubSpot throughout the process
Flag risks or delays early and escalate where a deal needs extra input

What We're Looking For

Up to 5 years experience in real estate finance, banking, or a similar analytical role
Strong Excel and numerical skills. Should be comfortable working with loan structures and financial detail
Confident liaising with lenders, lawyers, and valuers, and keeping multiple parties aligned and accountable
Some negotiation experience or aptitude
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail - able to juggle several deals at different stages at once
Deal origination / business development experience not required - this is an execution and analysis role, not a sales role
No requirement for in-person client-facing work

Pay: £25,420.00-£50,000.00 per year
