Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects by coordinating and maintaining quality management processes across multiple workstreams. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with quality standards and project requirements through the management of quality documentation, inspections, testing activities, audits, and non-conformance processes. Working closely with project teams, subcontractors, and customers, you will help drive continuous improvement, support quality assurance and quality control activities, and promote a strong quality culture to ensure project deliverables consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation and maintenance of the Project Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Coordinate Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspections, testing activities, and quality documentation to ensure project deliverables meet agreed specifications and customer expectations.
Assist with quality assurance and quality control activities, including audits, compliance checks, inspections, and document reviews.
Manage quality records and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation, ensuring information is traceable and audit-ready.
Support the administration of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reporting, helping to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.
Monitor subcontractor quality compliance through document reviews, inspections, and performance tracking, ensuring quality requirements are consistently achieved.
Analyse quality data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities, support decision-making, and enhance project outcomes.
Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, and customer teams to resolve quality issues and promote a positive quality culture across projects.
Assist in the preparation, review, and management of handover documentation to support the successful completion and close-out of projects.
Communicate quality requirements and technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all quality-related activities.

Requirements

Good understanding of quality management principles and standards, including ISO 9001.
Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify trends and support quality improvements.
Skilled in investigating quality issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Knowledge of audits, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and quality documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to promote quality best practices.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
